When should I see my orthodontist?

Canadian Association of Orthodontics and American Association of Orthodontic recommend that every child visits the Orthodontist by age 7. Early intervention frequently makes the completion of treatment at a later age easier and less time consuming. In most cases by age 7 first permanent molars and anterior teeth are present in the mouth and the child is mature enough to handle any necessary treatment.
